Who should attend the training?

     Anyone interested in becoming a Life Span Crisis Hotline volunteer*

or...

     Anyone interested in the 40-hour Domestic Violence curriculum
     required by the Illinois Domestic Violence Act (IDVA)

LIFE SPAN is a nonprofit agency that provides comprehensive services to victims of domestic violence and their children.  Its services include domestic violence counseling, legal representation, criminal court advocacy, immigration services, hospital advocacy, public education, and systemic policy work.

*

Volunteers should be over the age of 18, female and have a home or cellular phone.
** There is a fee for those who are interested in only the training and not in becoming a Life Span Volunteer.
